The farm is based on a system of agricultural and social design principles centered on stimulating or directly utilizing the patterns and features observed in natural ecosystems. It is a philosophy where it is better to work with nature, and not against nature. It is a certified organic farm with organic blueberries, walnut, cherries, strawberries, lavender, and oat hay with mini plantings of persimmons, pomegranates, pecans and citrus. Also available for picking are wild elderberries and black walnuts when they are in season. There are plenty of activities on the farm for kids and adults alike, from kayaking, tractor rides, horseback riding, food processing jams and pow wows. There are plenty of available parking spaces.
