Parking BOXX Hires Consultants to Complete a Parking System Study

April 15, 2014 – Milton, ON. Parking BOXX, North American-based parking systems manufacturer, announced today that it has contracted with the Organization and Management Solutions (OMS), part of the Department of Psychology at the University of Guelph, to conduct a Hospital Parking System Needs Analysis of Seniors.

OMS has been asked to submit a proposal to determine the insights, needs and requirements of seniors using parking systems. The parking system study will consist of a review of Parking BOXX current hardware and user-facing software to guide the project, a review of relevant literature, Phase I: Quantitative Survey, Phase 2: Qualitative Interviews, and Phase 3: Focus Groups. The goal of the parking system study is to provide recommendations to improve the usability of Parking BOXX products.
