How long does it take to get a quote?
Most quotes are returned within 48 hours of your initial inquiry. For straightforward single-lane or meter-based systems, it's often same day. Larger, multi-lane gated systems may take a bit longer because we're sizing hardware, software licenses, and installation scope together.
Do I have to buy from a dealer, or can I buy direct?
You buy direct from Parking BOXX. We are the manufacturer. There are no required dealers or resellers between you and us. That keeps the pricing clean and the accountability clear — if something goes wrong, you call the company that built it.
What if I'm not ready to buy yet — can I still get a quote?
Absolutely. Many of our customers spend months evaluating options before purchasing. Getting a quote early gives you a real number to work with for budgeting, board approvals, or grant applications. There's no obligation attached to a quote.
Will I be assigned a salesperson who keeps calling me?
