How long is the call?

Plan for 15–20 minutes. If you have a more complex system or a lot of questions, it may run a bit longer — we won't rush you. There's no hard cut-off; we block enough time to have a real conversation.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Nothing formal required. It helps to have a rough idea of your lot size (number of spaces, entry and exit lanes), whether you're replacing an existing system or starting from scratch, and any specific features you're trying to solve for — like hotel validation, permit management, or license plate recognition. If you don't know any of that yet, that's fine too. We'll figure it out together.

What if I'm not ready to buy?

That's completely fine. A lot of our customers schedule a call months before they're ready to purchase — for budgeting, for capital approval, or just to understand the landscape. You'll leave the call with more information than you had before, and we'll follow up with a written quote you can keep on file. No high-pressure follow-up calls.
